At the Eldora Children's Center, we believe children are unique and special individuals. It's our mission to serve their personal needs. Our center and its programs are designed to provide aid in children's development with a safe, yet stimulating, environment. Our curriculums provide our students with the tools and experiences needed for future happiness and success.

Families have become our primary source of information and we partner together toward the betterment of each child's education and over-all care.

Eldora Children's Center Mission Statement

The mission of Eldora Children’s Center is to empower children to become confident, respectful, lifelong learners. Our mission is to help children see the world as an invitation to learn, grow, and live fully, and to see a world full of possibilities that are within their reach. Our commitment is to provide a loving, nurturing and safe place for children to begin their journey.

Eldora Children’s Center seeks to meet the needs of families by providing affordable, high-quality, and safe child care. We focus on creating a nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive, while giving parents the confidence and peace of mind that their children are well cared for each day.

Eldora Children’s Center is licensed with the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to provide care for up to 86 children in accordance with state regulations

Eldora Children’s Center offers year-round care for children 6 weeks to 12 years old, including infant and toddler programs, a 3-year-old preschool program, and after-school, no-school-day, and summer programs for school-age children.

Eldora Children’s Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children and families in our community. As a nonprofit, all funds are reinvested into programs, facilities, and resources that enhance the care and education we provide.

Eldora Children's Center participates in the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). We provide balanced, nutritious meals and snacks to all enrolled children at no additional cost to families. CACFP helps us support healthy growth and development while also promoting lifelong healthy eating habits.
