Eldora Children's Center is a state-licensed nonprofit childcare center located in Eldora, Iowa. We currently serve 70 children from 40 families in 9 communities. We have served more than 400 families since our opening in 2006. Our current facilities were built and opened in 2006 and have been rented to us from the ENP School District since that time. To address the growing needs of both ENP School Districts and Eldora Children's Center; Eldora Children's Center will be relocating to a new facility in June 2025. The address of our new facility is 1025 11th Avenue (previously the ENP Tiger Pack facility). The new facility will require a great deal of renovation to bring it to industry standards, ensure the building meets code for child care centers, and to continue to offer the quality care we are so proud to offer. We need your help to see this project through successfully!

Hardin County is considered a childcare desert. There were 62% fewer child care programs in Hardin County in 2023 compared to 2018 according to Child Care Resource & Referral. It is essential for child care centers like ours to be supported by our communities so that we may continue to offer our services and ensure a safe, nurturing, engaging environment for all children.
